Villa La Vera is a spacious villa with a heated private pool, full A/C, pool bar, BBQ area, Sauna and now with 3Mb Wi-Fi and free local calls! It is located in a quiet residential area of Torreblanca, Fuengirola. A 10-15 minute walk down hill will take you to the beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and pharmacy. Fuengirola town centre is a 5 minute taxi drive or a pleasant 20 minute stroll along the continuous promenade. Mijas is 15 mins by car, Marbella is less than 30 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga which is 15 mins by car.
Local amenities: Golf (40 courses on the Costa del Sol, several very near), tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, aqua parks (Torremolinos & Mijas Costa), Zoo, amusement park (Tivoli World), Cable Cars.
The holiday towns of the Costas (Malaga, Torremolinos, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benalmadena and Fuengirola ) are all within easy reach by car. Trains and buses are an inexpensive way of travelling around. There are miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches along the coast. For cultural visitors, the highlights are the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada where there are some of the highest mountains in Europe (including Europe's southernmost skiing resort, Sierra Nevada).
