El Mochuelo is truly a delightful villa which has been tastefully refurbished to a high standard combining both style and comfort. The large lounge/dining area is complimented by an attractive circular domed featured ceiling with inset lighting and log burning fireplace. In addition to the large comfortable settees there is a 37 inch screen sat TV, DVD, video and air-conditioning. French doors open on to the sun terrace, which overlooks the garden and far reaching views of Fuengirola Town, the terrace is furnished with quality patio furniture for alfresco dining. Further french doors lead into a light airy conservatory which is stylishly furnished with relaxation in mind, the tinted safety glass curtains open fully to create a much welcome breeze in the heat of the sun.

The studio makes up the fourth bedroom and third bathroom; it is situated directly beneath the terrace, at pool level, accessible from the garden. It has a kitchen equipped with microwave, electric hob, a dining area and air-conditioning. In addition to a double bed there is a futon which could sleep 2 children comfortably. A travel cot is available which will fit into any bedroom.
