This large 5-bedroom, detached, self-catering villa has a private pool, A/C and is situated on the Costa Del Sol coast in the new development of Las Coscas, just by La Sierrezuela, very near Fuengirola. Malaga airport is only 20 mins away by car. Ideal location for a family holiday, golfing groups or poolside dreamers alike. All amenities are within easy reach: beaches, shopping malls, night life, etc. but the area is far enough to avoid the street noise that spoils many a vacation.
NB for pet owners: dogs are allowed into the garden areas, not the house; cats are not allowed. There is a convenient nearby areas where dogs can be walked by their owners. I hope you understand that our garden care arrangement does not include cleaning dog waste, so any requirements in that respect will be charged through the damages deposit.
